Better Printers, Better Labels!
FeedCompanies looking to brand and market their hot new products face an uphill climb. That’s because the more products a consumer sees, the more marketing she’s exposed to. And the more product labels she sees, the more difficult it becomes to truly grab and hold her attention.
That’s where Ample comes in.
At Ample Industries, we label America. Many of our labels are purely functional, but our true specialty is in designing brilliant, eye-catching labels for our clients that help their products stand out from the crowd.
And when it comes to digital printing, Ample stands apart. Our state-of-the-art printing technology makes us a great partner for businesses in need of brilliantly colorful, attention-grabbing, highly functional digital labels.
At the heart of Ample’s digital printing capabilities are our Jetrion digital presses: our workhorse 4000 and one brand new model 4830. The 4000 produces labels at a printable width of 5.5”, while the cutting-edge 4830 boasts an even greater width of 8.3”. Together, they enable us to meet our clients’ needs as well as market dynamics with short run lengths, multiple SKUs, short turnaround times and lower-margin jobs.
The labels they produce are very high quality and quite cost-effective; they can also be delivered in a matter of days, and we’re more than happy to incorporate our clients creative ideas. Our presses are also capable of producing advanced drop-on-demand printheads and feature UV inkjet ink technology with grayscale capability to deliver print resolutions of up to 1000 dpi, rendering labels in near-photographic quality.
Both presses are also equipped with Jetrion VDP (Variable Data Printing) integration solutions, which help our clients respond to market trends such as personalization (one-to-one marketing), localization (multi-language support), product versioning and serialization (bar coding) by creating new, more efficient services. For example, our Jetrion presses can print 1D and 2D barcodes, as well as variable text and numbers.
“Our business partners have been so impressed with the digital labels we print with our Jetrion 4000 that we decided to upgrade and add another—a brand new Jetrion 4830,” says Natalie Menzies-Spradlin, Vice President. “Among other impressive features, it gives us the ability to print opaque white ink on clear substrates. The classy, understated look it produces gives us one more way to help our clients’ products stand out from the crowd.”
In addition to upgrading our printers, we have also launched a new and improved website, www.amplelabels.com. And soon, we will be offering our clients the ability to order their digital labels online, making Ample one of the few companies offering start-to-finish online digital label orders. Once the system is fully operational, clients will be able to get instant quotes, upload artwork, place an order and manage/track that order just by accessing their online Ample account.
